In what world should Barack Obama be more admired than Donald Trump? Trump gets things done while Obama’s malfeasance will be talked about for generations!
A new poll shows Trump finishes second to Obama as the most admired man in the world.
U.S. Sen. John McCain finished behind two presidents and the pope to win recognition as the fourth-most admired man in the world, according to the Gallup organization.
McCain, a six-term Arizona senator, tied with religious leader Billy Graham and entrepreneur Elon Musk for the fourth-place honors.
Topping the Most Admired Man and Woman Polls were former President Barack Obama — who bested the current president, Donald Trump — and Hillary Clinton, who finished 2 points ahead of former first lady Michelle Obama.
Gallup contacted 1,049 American adults via landlines and cellphones this month for its annual poll.
1. Barack Obama
2. Donald Trump
3. Pope Francis
4. (three-way tie) John McCain, Elon Musk, Billy Graham
5. (six-way tie) Sen. Bernie Sanders of Vermont, Bill Gates, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Jeff Bezos, the Dalai Lama and Vice President Mike Pence.
For women, Hillary finished first (not something she’s used to hearing), while former First Lady Michelle Obama came in second place.
The craziest part? Massachusetts nutjob Sen. Elizabeth Warren finished fourth among women.
