Brazile Slams Obama for Losing 1000 Seats, Hammers His ‘Titanic’ Ego [Video]

Former DNC interim chair Donna Brazile has made it clear that the Clintons played a major role in the demise of the Democrat Party in 2016. But she’s not done. After slamming Barack Obama’s ‘titanic’ ego, Brazile says 44 is at fault for her party losing nearly 1,000 legislative seats during his eight years in the Oval Office.

From PBS:

Judy Woodruff:

You’re — again, you’re critical of what he did to the Democratic Party. You say that he and others have basically stripped the party bare. You said he didn’t pay enough attention. He didn’t raise money for the party.

Was he good or bad for the country, and was he good for the African-American community?

Donna Brazile:

He was fantastic for the country. That’s another reason why I stepped up to become chair of the Democratic Party.

But, Judy, when you lose 900 legislative seats — I’m not blaming him for all 932 legislative seats, all 60 some-odd House and Senate seats, 11 gubernatorial races.

But this happened under his watch. It is the responsibility of the president, when he’s a Democrat, to help the Democratic Party.

President Obama, Michelle Obama, we all miss them in the White House. But we have to rebuild the Democratic Party. And that’s what I hope to do as well.

More, from AJC:

Former interim Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Donna Brazile apparently had much to say about former President Barack Obama in her revealing book.

An excerpt from Brazile’s newest book, “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House,” focused heavily on the relationship between certain high-profile Democrats and how certain egos and competencies affected the DNC’s debt, reports The Daily Caller.

“As I saw it, these three titanic egos – Barack, Hillary and Debbie – had stripped the party to a shell for their own purposes,” she added.

And boom goes the dynamite…
